Once you connect with me we will schedule a phone or video call for approximately 15-20 minutes to determine if I may be able to work with you. If not, I will do my best to provide you with referral information.

All therapy appointments are one hour long. Group Therapy is 90 minutes. Appointment frequency will be determined together. For example, some prefer or need weekly appointments, others may need appointments twice a month. Overall length of treatment varies for everyone. We will continuously assess if therapy needs to be ongoing or if we are ready to part ways. For instance: someone may only need 6-8 appointments before completing therapy, whereas others may need to work toward their goals for a longer time frame (6 months, a year etc.).

I am offering primarily virtual/ tele-health appointments at this time due to client demand. As long as you are in a safe, private location within NYS I am able to work with you. Some limited in-person options are available in the Capital Region, NY.

Nope! As a licensed psychologist in NYS I do not have the credentials to provide medication. If medication is warranted to manage your symptoms, I will assist with recommending providers to you (these include: psychiatrists,, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and or some conditions even your medical doctor).

Unfortunately I am not able to provide emergency or after-hours care. If there is an emergent situation I recommend that you call 911 , 988 (Suicide Prevention Hotline), or text 741741 (Crisis Text Line). Please note that I respond to voicemails and emails within 1-2 business days.
